I will be on WRAL-TV (Raleigh, NC viewing area) tonight at 7:00 PM on their news and discussion show “On The Record” I will be discussing recent controversies and American elections, including the recent comments by the President concerning the existence of illegal votes and other issues related to voter fraud. As readers of the blog know, a main theme of my election law research considers the ramifications of the narrative of unproven voter fraud.
